Sequencing Platform

The McGill University and Genome Québec Innovation Centre Sequencing Platform is dedicated to assisting in medium to large-size sequencing projects in academic, industrial and pharmaceutical communities on a fee for service basis. We provide services in high throughput plasmid preparation, DNA sequencing and sequence analysis (SNP discovery and sequence assembly). The platform uses 3730xl DNA Analyzer systems from Applied Biosystems.
